Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General
BM TRADING LLC offers a range of software products and trading-related services, including replicators, automated systems, and other advanced software that require a high level of technical support. Since these products are digital and customized, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both the user and the company, ensuring a high standard of quality and support.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. No Refunds, Except for Exceptions:
- Digital Products: Sales of BM TRADING LLC software and services are final. No refunds will be granted after purchase, except in the exceptional circumstances described below.
2.2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy:
- Software malfunction: Refund requests will be considered if the user can conclusively demonstrate that the malfunction of the software or service is due to an inherent defect in the product, and not related to configuration errors, misuse, or external factors such as internet connection issues.
- Request process: The user must provide detailed documentation proving the malfunction. BM TRADING LLC will evaluate each case individually. If a defect in the software or service is confirmed, a partial refund will be offered, minus 30% for administrative fees. Refund requests can only be submitted within the first month from the purchase date.
2.3. Refund Policy Exclusions:
- Configuration errors and misuse: No refunds will be issued for problems caused by incorrect configuration, lack of technical knowledge, or improper use of the software.
- External issues: Any problem related to external factors beyond the control of BM TRADING LLC, such as internet connectivity failures, will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. License Cancellation:
- Lifetime licenses: Software licenses are permanent. However, they may be canceled if a refund is requested or if BM TRADING LLC decides to cancel them at its sole discretion, reserving the right not to disclose the reason for the cancellation. In such cases, a refund will be issued. Additionally, if BM TRADING LLC ceases operations, files for bankruptcy, or disappears, all licenses will be automatically canceled as the service will no longer be available.
- License Usage Terms: Licenses granted by BM TRADING LLC are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to resell, lend, or transfer a license to third parties without explicit written authorization from BM TRADING LLC will be considered a violation of the terms of use. In case of unauthorized use, such as resale or lending, BM TRADING LLC reserves the right to cancel the license immediately and without prior notice. This cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
3.2. Subscription Services Cancellation (if applicable):
- Cancellation process: For subscription-based products, the user may cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for billing periods already started.
3.3. Product Changes
Product changes are not accepted, except in certain cases:
Purchased digital products are non-exchangeable. However, if the user selects the wrong product, they have 2 calendar days from the purchase date to request a change.
Conditions for change:
- The product must not have been activated or used.
- The amount paid is non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward the newly selected product.
